6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all orders. If your item isn’t what you expected, arrives damaged, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind), the actual cost of return delivery will be charged to you, the customer. This applies when you purchase the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Simply contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.
